The H-102 eliminates bolted covers on pulp mill chip digesters. Fabricated using 316 stainless steel wetted parts, or any other weldable alloy, and carbon steel flanges. The lower valve flange matches the top flange of the digester and the top flange of the valve matches the chip feeding chute. Furnished with double resilient seats for tight shut-off and a cylinder operator for faster operating time to shorten chip loading cycle as standard. A manual locking pin is also furnished to prevent accidental operation.
