P-5 PNEUMATIC POSITIONER


The foundation of the PMV Valve Control System is the PMV P5 pneumatic positioner. Performance of this unit has been enhanced with the special high gain/high capacity spool valve assembly providing very quick and accurate actuator/valve response. For single or double acting application, this new modular design allows for the simple addition of I/P converters and/or a feedback unit with a variety of feedback options.
Other features include:

Gauge ports, stainless steel cam with a simple cam locking device, tapped exhaust port for venting of supply media, external zero adjustment, and completely sealed cover.

P-4 PNEUMATIC POSITIONER

The PMV P4 is a double acting positioner that can be used with a wide variety of double acting or single acting actuators. The PMV P4 has a compact, rugged design with few moving parts. This simple design adds to the product's reliability and performance. Calibration is simple with internal span and zero thumb wheels, and an easy to reach external zero adjustment.

The PMV P4 is based on a simple and reliable design - a PMV trademark.

P - 1700 PNEUMATIC POSITIONER


The PMV P-1700 series is specially designed for use in corrosive or high temperature environments with all external parts made from stainless steel. Internal parts are made from stainless steel on models P-1700 and 1720, and from aluminum on models P-1710 and P-1730.
The models P-1720 and P-1730 are high air delivery models.
The P-1700 series is designed for double acting applications but can easily be used for single acting applications by plugging one port.
A PMV I/P converter in a stainless steel field housing which easily mounts on top of P-1700 series is available.
